Exchange Policy

Buyer may exchange horse for another within twenty-one (21) days of the Purchase Agreement / Bill of Sale date. Purchased horse(s) must be returned in same condition that they left Seller. Seller agrees to refund the difference between first horse and horse chosen in exchange if second horse has a published price less than the first horse’s price.

Should the Buyer select a horse with a higher published price, Buyer will pay seller the difference. Seller will refund in full if purchased horse does not pass a Pre-Purchase examination by an Ohio state-licensed veterinarian. Seller reserves the right to obtain a second opinion should first and second examinations result in a difference of profession opinion by the veterinarians. A third veterinarian’s opinion will determine the soundness of the horse in question.
